Project Charter
When you want to start using the Six Sigma methodology in an organization, you need to create a Project Charter. A Project Charter is a document that resumes the Six Sigma project. This document is then subject to authorization.
The Project Charter should always include:
- All the details regarding the team of the project;
- Who the stakeholders are;
- The mission of the project;
- The problem that this project aims to solve;
- The reason why it's important for the organization to authorize the project;
- The scope of the project;
- All the resources that will be necessary as well as the authorization to use them;
- The deadline for each task to be completed.
