System (Quality System)
When we talk about a system, we can be talking about two different things. However, they are both related to quality:
- A system can be referring to different processes that are related between themselves. These may include feedback loops and when this happens, they can't be analyzed individually.
- A system can also be referring to an accept and defined way of carrying out the activities. An organization that uses this approach will carry out its activity by following the previously defined methods instead of simply following the directions of the supervisors or individual workers. When using this system, the most used and accepted system for quality is the ISO9000. It serves as a quality management system standard.
