KISS
KISS simply means Keep It Simple and Specific. This terminology is mostly used by the top management as well as by the project leaders. Sometimes, they just feel overwhelmed with so much information as well as all the complexities of Six Sigma.
When an organization adopts the KISS term, it's mainly saying to the people in charge that the good sense is the best politics. Sometimes, people tend to prefer to use too complex tools which will only set them apart from the reality. So, using good sense to decide on the most effective (and not necessarily most complex) tools is a must.
