Brainstorming

Brainstorming is a very used method for many companies, either big and small. The main idea behind brainstorming is to encourage the different members of the team to think differently in order to present solutions to a specific problem. During the brainstorming, all the ideas are written down without any criticism. When looking at these ideas, the managers of the company may have one or more ideas that can be implemented in order to solve the specific problem addressed. 

The fact that all the ideas are written down is very important. Sometimes, the solution to the problem may come for the silliest idea.
