Internal Customer
As you know, when you follow the Six Sigma methodology, your customer's satisfaction is your ultimate goal. This is what allows you to eliminate all the waste and make sure the customers receive the best products or services with the highest quality, always on time. When you follow the Six Sigma methodology, you can have internal customers and external customers.
The internal customer is someone who works in the organization to who you deliver the product or service. It can be someone who has different tasks inside the organization. It can be someone who relies on you to provide them with all the information they need to do their job, or it might be someone who relies on you in order to be able to complete their function or task.
